1. About Us
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Nua Retreats, a trading name of N & G Enterprises Ltd (Company No. 16208329), a company registered in England and Wales.

2. The Retreat
Nua Retreats offers wellness retreats designed to create space to pause, regulate, reconnect, and restore. Each retreat may include a combination of breathwork, yoga, workshops, guided sessions, movement, sound, nature experiences, and wellness practices.
While we aim to deliver the retreat programme as advertised, activities, facilitators, timings, and inclusions may occasionally change due to circumstances outside of our control.
Guests are responsible for ensuring the retreat experience feels suitable for their own health and wellbeing needs prior to booking.
2.1 What is Included
- Boutique accommodation (shared or private options where available)
- Daily meals (three meals per day) plus light refreshments
- Structured wellness programme including yoga, breathwork, workshops, and outdoor activities
- Group facilitation and guided sessions
- Welcome materials and retreat support
2.2 What is Not Included
- Travel to and from the retreat location
- Travel or medical insurance
- Optional treatments or add-ons
- Personal expenses
2.3 Pricing Structure
Prices are quoted “from £2,995 per person” and may vary depending on room type and availability. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Booking & Payment
3.1 Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 35% of the total retreat cost is required to secure your booking. This deposit constitutes part payment of the total price.
3.2 Balance Payment
The remaining balance (55%) must be paid no later than 56 days prior to the retreat start date.
3.3 Failure to Pay
If the balance is not paid by the due date:
- Nua Retreats reserves the right to cancel the booking
- All payments made will be retained
- The participant remains liable for any applicable cancellation charges
4. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
4.1 Guest Cancellation
- 56 days or more prior to the retreat:
The deposit will be retained and issued as a credit valid for 12 months, non-transferable and redeemable against a future retreat. - 31 to 55 days prior:
45% of the total booking cost is non-refundable - 15 to 30 days prior:
60% of the total booking cost is non-refundable - 14 days or fewer prior, or no-show:
100% of the total booking cost is non-refundable
4.2 Payment Liability
If the applicable cancellation fee exceeds the amount already paid, the participant remains liable for the outstanding balance.
No refunds will be issued where payments exceed the applicable cancellation charge, except where a credit is explicitly stated.
4.3 Transfers
Bookings may be transferred to another person with prior written approval from Nua Retreats.
- Administration fee: £75
- The original participant remains responsible for ensuring the replacement attendee accepts these Terms & Conditions
4.4 Organiser Cancellation
Nua Retreats reserves the right to cancel the retreat due to:
- Insufficient participant numbers
- Force majeure events
- Circumstances beyond reasonable control
In such cases, participants will be offered:
- A full refund of all payments made, or
- The option to transfer to a future retreat
Nua Retreats is not liable for any travel or additional costs incurred.
5. Changes to Booking
- Transfers to another retreat may be permitted with notice and subject to availability
- Administration fee: £75
6. Scope of Services
Certain elements of the retreat may be delivered by independent third-party providers.
Nua Retreats shall not be liable for:
- The acts or omissions of such third parties
- Any failure, delay, or disruption to services provided by them
7. Participant Responsibilities
Participants must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Be in suitable physical and mental health
- Disclose relevant medical conditions
- Follow all instructions provided by facilitators
7.1 Behaviour
Nua Retreats reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any guest, without refund, if their behaviour is:
- Unsafe
- Disruptive
- Inappropriate
8. Health & Safety
- Participants may be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to attendance
- Activities may involve physical exertion and outdoor conditions
8.1 Medical Disclaimer
All services provided are for general wellbeing purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
8.2 No Guarantee of Results
Nua Retreats does not guarantee any specific physical, emotional, or psychological outcomes.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nua Retreats shall not be liable for:
- Injury resulting from participation in retreat activities
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
- Travel delays or disruptions
- Actions or omissions of third-party providers
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Travel & Attendance
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel.
10.1 Late Arrival / Early Departure
No refunds or credits will be provided for:
- Late arrival
- Early departure
- Missed sessions or activities
11. Accommodation
Room allocation is at the discretion of Nua Retreats unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shared accommodation requires respectful conduct toward other guests.
12. Insurance
Participants are expected to have appropriate insurance covering:
- Cancellation
- Medical expenses
- Personal belongings
13. Force Majeure
Nua Retreats shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Transport disruption
In such circumstances, Nua Retreats may offer a transfer or credit toward a future retreat. Refunds are not guaranteed.
14. Media & Marketing
During the retreat, photographs and videos may be taken.
These may be used for marketing purposes. Participants may opt out by notifying Nua Retreats in writing prior to the retreat.
15. Complaints
Any concerns must be raised during the retreat to allow resolution.
If unresolved, complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days following the retreat.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
