Restore the body. Calm the mind.
Nua Retreats, a luxury experience designed for deep rest and nervous system reset through breathwork, yoga, shared time in nature and doctor-led insight.
When life feels fast-paced and mentally demanding, the nervous system becomes overstimulated, affecting clarity and decision-making. Breath, movement and time in nature restore calm to the body and mind.
Nua Retreats was created by Georgie and Nathaniel Blackman, a married couple working as paramedics. They understand the impact high-pressure work environments can have on wellbeing.
Alongside Georgie’s work in SOMA breathwork and cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy, and their shared move towards a more balanced, alcohol-free way of living, they created Nua Retreats to support regulation, restoration, and reconnection.
